- Shipping costs are a flat rate of €4.50 per order
- All prices include statutory VAT
4. Processing time
- The processing time is usually 1–2 working days after receipt of payment
- Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays
5. Delivery time
- After handover to the shipping service provider, the delivery time is usually 3–5 working days
- The total delivery time is therefore usually 4–7 working days
- Delivery takes place exclusively on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)
